ORDERS

When you place your order and payment has been accepted, you will receive confirmation from us and we will dispatch your order normally within 48 hours.

All prices listed are in British pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT. (We are not currently registered for VAT.)

Memo Studio uses Paypal for our online transactions.

We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. Any increase of price will be updated on our website.

All products remain the property of Memo Studio until paid for in full.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all UK Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery .

We will deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. We will always notify you in advance of any delay.

If any item is out of stock we will offer a refund or let you know when items will be back in stock.

The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes on international orders.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your products and make every effort to ensure that your order arrives with you in perfect condition. If however during shipping, some damage has unfortunately occurred or you are not entirely satisfied, please let us know within 3 working days of receipt of your delivery. We will be happy to refund or replace damaged items and we will respond within 14 days via email to confirm if you are entitled to a full refund. Please return any damaged items to us in their original packaging. We recommend all items that are returned to us by post using a tracked and signed service as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit. We will be happy to refund postage if a refund is agreed.
